Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a type of acidic glycosaminoglycan that is widely found in the intercellular matrix of human tissues, the vitreous humor of the eye, joint synovial fluid, and other connective tissues. As a gel-like substance, it restricts the diffusion of water and other extracellular materials, thus controlling the mobility of subcutaneous fluids. Hyaluronidase （EC 3.2.1.35）, also known as HAase, is an endoglycosidase enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. It hydrolyzes the β-1,4-glycosidic bonds in HA polymers, which enhance tissue permeability and fluid penetration. Clinically, hyaluronidase can be used as a drug permeation enhancer, anesthetic adjunct, or postoperative edema-relieving agents.

Ricefidase is a novel IgG-degrading enzyme derived from a non-human pathogenic strain of Streptococcus equi subspecies. It works through a unique and efficient mechanism to rapidly break down pathogenic “bad antibodies”，thus effectively alleviating the symptoms of related diseases. Its applications are broad, ranging from treating acute and severe autoimmune diseases to effectively eliminating pre-existing antibodies in gene therapy.
